Job Summary: As the Director of Corporate Accounting you are responsible for completeness and accuracy of corporate trial balance and related SOX controls.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completeness and closing of the corporate books of account.
• Payroll accounting and related reconciliations.
• Corporate accounts reconciliations.
• AP and accrual process.
• Accounting and reconciliations of shared services accounts (Cap Software, Fixed Assets etc.).
• Ongoing compliance with ASC 842.
• Maintaining appropriate control (SOX) documentation for assigned areas.
• Coordination with tax team for timely posting of monthly/quarterly entries.
• Coordination with Financial Reporting team on Debt/Stock JE.
• Allocation to segments (quarterly).
• Review of completeness of non-recurring expenses.
• Coordination with international teams on AP.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 10 years of relevant experience.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Payment processing industry experience.
• NetSuite experience.
• CPA preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation range: $132,000 - $140,000

Traditional Physical Requirements:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
